Clean Master
It is an ideal cleaning device for deburring after IMD and hot stamping.
The Clean Master is a surface cleaning device. It can clean products with flat or slightly rounded surfaces up to 200mm in width. Installation is easy. Adjustments are made according to the shape of individual parts using transport containers and system controls (parameters such as brush rotation speed and brush height adjustment). The Clean Master was developed primarily to remove debris, fine particles, and dust from the production process to protect the product surface. The dedicated cleaning head, Rotor Clean, performs cleaning using brushes and compressed air in the deionization section. The cleaning process of the Clean Master is very gentle, making it ideal for cleaning decorative items such as plastic parts manufactured by IMD or hot stamping. Compared to the Clean Master 200, the Clean Master 400 has two independent transport units, allowing multiple parts to be cleaned at once.
